AIMD Day, the first event dedicated to active implantable technologies
On June 24, 2025, Besançon will host AIMD Day, the first event dedicated to active implantable medical device (AIMD) technologies. Designed as a forum for exchange and innovation, this international event will bring together manufacturers, suppliers and experts to explore active implantable medical technological advances and discuss the sector's current challenges.
Bringing together all technological building blocks
Developing an AIMD (active implantable medical device) involves meeting complex challenges: miniaturization, hermeticity, sensors, electrodes, connectivity, embedded software, cybersecurity, electronics, batteries, antennas, ASICs... AIMD Day offers a unique platform, bringing together all the technological innovations in these fields.
Manufacturers of pacemakers, neurostimulators, implantable hearing aids, retinal implants, cardiac assistance devices, drug delivery, actuatable devices, etc., AIMD Day brings together the full range of technologies and enables you to carry out a technology watch.
Conferences and exhibition space
Located at a strategic crossroads of Europe, Besançon, the capital of microtechnology, is a central location for this event.
AIMD Day will be organized around two complementary themes:
Specialized conferences: experts will share their knowledge and recent advances in the field.
An exhibition area: companies and suppliers will have the opportunity to present their technologies and talk directly with visitors.
The aim is to create a unique place of interaction, where industry players can not only discover new developments, but also establish strategic relationships.
